Shipping is provided free-of-charge to all purchasers of Optimist products within the United States.
Optimist currently ships products in the United States only, and will not deliver to addresses outside of the United States.
Payment for all orders is to be completed through our payment processor Stripe. Direct invoicing may apply for custom or modified orders.
Individual parts that are not available may be replaced with other parts of equal or better performance, given that they maintain the same aesthetic appearance.
Customers that receive upgrades will be notified, and have the option to opt-out before the ship-date of the product.
The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, with the exception of situations in which:
The customer is responsible for packaging the returned item appropriately. Optimist is not responsible for damages due to return shipping.
If provided, all return shipping must be done in the original container that the product shipped with.
If the original shipping container is no longer usable, a container of equal or better shipping durability must be used to return the product.

Optimist systems are serviced based upon 3 warranties, which vary depending on the design purchased. Please refer to the listing page of your desired PC and look under Features > Support and Classification to find your warranty coverage.
