The Philosophy

One goal: condense the power

Designed to be forgotten, the objective on Dusk was to simply fill as much power as possible into the smallest feasible size: a portable, small form factor gaming PC. Intentionally minimalistic, it has quietly served travellers, simulator rigs, and businesses since its introduction in 2025.

How we did it

Cooling a ~600W GPU in this space is a true challenge. We turned to the PC community to better understand the most elegant way to dissipate workstation-level heat. This is what we've built.

The internal cooling channel: heatsink fins between the power supply and the graphics card — 01 The heat chamber A 20mm channel runs the spine of the chassis — an open air gap where exhaust from the GPU finds room to move, instead of being trapped behind a motherboard.

The stacked fan-duct frames that channel air out through the panels — 02 Directed airflow With the top fans responsible for expelling trapped exhaust air, shaped ducts seal each fan to the panels, expelling heat cleanly out of the case. The elimination of air turbulence also reduces noise dramatically.

The custom machined bracket that locks the graphics card to the frame — 03 Custom-designed braces Attaching directly to the frame of the case, specialty mounting gear supports up to 25 lbs of side pressure without GPU movement for peace of mind when handling or travelling with Dusk.

The Dusk chassis with its side mesh panels installed — 04 Fully Contained No power brick or external accessories required. The whole machine holds a desk footprint of just 0.49 sq ft, and includes aluminum side mesh panels to protect the internals.

The Design

No flashy lights.

A single laser-etched wordmark on bead-blasted aluminum is the extent of our ornamentation. No badges, no glass panels, no lighting to manage. Intended to be functional; everything else is a trailing second.
