How It Works

Get in Touch
Submit the form below. Typically, an Optimist representative will reach out to you within 24 hours about your inquiry. We'll smooth over details regarding your project and give you an official quote, good for up to 7 days.

Payment
We take all major credit cards and payment processors via a direct invoice to your email address, where a 3% processing fee may apply. To avoid this processing fee, you can opt to do a direct transfer. Pay-over-time services are not available for custom orders.

Build & Test
Once payment is confirmed, we begin the build process. Each system is meticulously assembled, cable managed, and stress tested for 48+ hours to ensure perfect operation. Custom orders enjoy our standard warranty, and are fully supported just as any of our other designs are.

Delivery & Support
Your PC is carefully packaged and shipped with full insurance. We provide post-delivery support for all our systems, and ship any designs with open loops in wooden crate armor. If anything goes wrong, you'll always have our full support.
