Optimist PC Works, LLC. or "Optimist", the merchant, offers returns on most items, with the exception of:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item's cost may apply depending on the date since the product was ordered. The maximum restocking fee applies after 60 days since the product was ordered, unless an exception is specified by an Optimist representative.
The customer is responsible for packaging the returned item appropriately. Optimist is not responsible for damages due to return shipping.

If provided, all return shipping must be done in the original container that the product shipped with.
If the original shipping container is no longer usable, a container of equal or better shipping durability must be used to return the product.
Optimist systems are serviced based upon 3 warranties, which vary depending on the design purchased. Please refer to the listing page of your desired PC and look under Features > Support and Classification to find your warranty coverage.
For custom orders, please contact us directly at support@optimist.gg for your warranty information. Not all custom orders are covered by our warranty, and some may have optional additional coverage that may be included.
In the event your system has been damaged in shipping, internal fluid leakage, an internal electrical problem, or suffered damage due to a manufacturing defect, Optimist offers the two following services on all of our base model computers:
Fully covers the cost of replacement parts including:
In the event that replacement parts are not available, Optimist will, by its sole discretion, replace defective parts with equal or better performing parts. Replacement parts are subject to being refurbished, used, or taken from older systems that resemble the original part's condition.
Fully covers the cost of installing old parts, performing software reinstallations, software updates, testing, aesthetic touch-ups, or hardware upgrades.
The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, with the exception of situations in which the product arrived damaged due to shipping-related issues, a manufacturer defect from the original parts, an assembly defect caused by Optimist, or if the customer received the wrong item. The customer is responsible for packaging the returned item appropriately. Optimist is not responsible for damages due to return shipping.
Customers with Full Service coverage may be subject to reduced shipping costs, as decided on a per-case basis with an Optimist representative.
All add-on warranties must be paid within 15 days of system purchase. Payments past this timeframe are subject to being returned and extra service being denied.
NO Optimist warranty covers damage due to accident, misuse, problems with electrical power, theft, or failure to perform preventive maintenance unless otherwise stated.
Additionally, Optimist does not cover damage that is beyond repair, fire damage, or water damage. Optimist reserves the right to reject warranty claims in which there is sufficient evidence to determine that the system is damaged beyond repair.
